APSIPA ASC 2015 REGISTRATION


For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before 8 Oct. 2015. Each author’s full registration can cover at most his/her THREE papers. No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.  Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the programme and the proceedings.

Full registration fees include:

  • One USB key containing the conference proceedings
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to all coffee breaks
  • One admission to the Welcome Reception in the evening of 16 Dec 2015
  • One admission to the Banquet on 18 Dec 2015 (only for those registered with banquet)

Student registration fees include:

  • One USB key containing the conference proceedings
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to all coffee breaks
  • One admission to the Welcome Reception in the evening of 16 Dec 2015

An APSIPA ASC 2015 conference registration (including student registration) entitles a 1-year membership for next year in Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA).


Conference Refund and Cancellation policy:


The Registration Fee is non-refundable. The Conference Organizing Committee has tried the best to keep the Conference Fee at the lowest. The charged fee is just to make the conference breakeven and the expenses have most been committed or spent. Hence, in any case that uncontrollable mishap happens rendering the cancellation of the Conference, the fee will not be refunded, however, in this special case, all accepted papers in anyway will be listed in IEEE Xplore.


Payment Methods:

The conference accepts payment by credit cards and bank transfer. On-site registration can be paid by credit cards, and we also accept cash in US Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, and RMB.

Letter of Invitation:

Upon request, the conference secretariat will issue a letter of invitation for visa application. Please refer to the Immigration Department of The Hong Kong Special Administration Region for general information on Visa regulations. For participants who need an invitation letter, please provide the following information to secretary@apsipa2015.org : (1) Name, (2) Paper IDs and titles, (3) Institution, (4) Address, (5) Phone number, (6) Nationality, and (7) Date of Travel.
